In this article we will review the planning and the implementation of a quality management system (QMS) according to ISO 9000 standards for a small-sized winery in Paros Island. Top Management of the organization seeks to gain all the internal and external benefits from the certification of its QMS according to the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2000 and also to increase the share market and infiltrate into new markets.
