heal.abstract	Some barriers to implementing higher efficiency equipment include building ownership, as well as technical and economical problems. This paper discussed other problems and potential solutions, including, additional and internal benefit items that should be considered when selecting energy consuming equipments. Recognition of the different barriers to energy efficiency is the first step to overcoming these problems. This key step requires individual, corporate and societal efforts to be successful.	en
