Εφαρμογή συστημάτων ολοκληρωμένης διαχείρισης κατά τα πρότυπα ARGO και GlobalGAP και εργαστηριακή επικύρωση τους σε μηλοειδή

Abstract

Σκοπός της παρούσας μελέτης είναι να αναλύσει διεξοδικά τα συστήματα ολοκληρωμένης διαχείρισης παραγωγής, που αποτελούν την ορθολογική άσκηση γεωργίας, συνδυάζοντας ισορροπία ανάμεσα στο περιβάλλον και την ανθρώπινη δραστηριότητα. Ιδεώδες για μια γεωργική εκμετάλλευση στις σημερινές συνθήκες ανταγωνισμού θα ήταν η παραγωγή υψηλής ποιότητας γεωργικών προϊόντων, κάτω από συνθήκες σεβασμού του περιβάλλοντος. Η απαίτηση του καταναλωτικού κοινού για την προστασία του περιβάλλοντος και την παραγωγή ασφαλών γεωργικών προϊόντων, αποτελεί μοχλό πίεσης για την παραγωγή υψηλής ασφάλειας τροφίμων. Αποτέλεσμα αυτής της πίεσης είναι η εφαρμογή συστημάτων Ολοκληρωμένης Διαχείρισης από τις γεωργικές εκμεταλλεύσεις. Παράλληλα διεξήχθη και εργαστηριακή επικύρωση των συστημάτων Ολοκληρωμένης Διαχείρισης που μελετούνται, σε μηλοειδή. Η δειγματοληψία έγινε από γεωργικές εκμεταλλεύσεις που εφαρμόζουν αυτά τα συστήματα. Σκοπός αυτού του εργαστηριακού πειράματος ήταν να διαπιστώσουμε αν η εφαρμογή των συστημάτων είναι ορθολογική.

The main goal of this study was to examine thoroughly the implementation of two Integrated Crop Management Systems, the GlobalGap, and the AGRO 2-1 & AGRO 2-2. The first one is an ICM protocol that is implemented in countries all around the world while the second one is a standard used as α tool for implementation of ICM in Greece. This study also consisted in comparing the usage of GlobalGAP and AGRO, the main differences of the control points of those two systems and their compliance criteria. In order to go further with these protocols, there was conducted an experimental validation, of the two Integrated Crop Management Systems mentioned above, in apples. The samples were collected by farms which are implementing those standards.

L'objectif principal de cette étude était d'examiner de manière approfondie l'application des deux systèmes de gestion intégrée de récolte (GIR), la GlobalGap et l'AGRO 2-1 & AGRO 2-2. Le premier consiste à un protocole GIR qui est mis en application dans les pays du monde entier tandis que le deuxieme est une norme utilisée comme outil pour l'application de GIR en Grèce. Cette étude consistait également à comparer l'utilisation de GlobalGAP et AGRO, les différences principales des points de contrôle de ces deux systèmes et leurs critères de conformité. Afin d’approfondir à ces protocoles, une validation expérimentale des deux systèmes de gestion integrée de récolte mentionnés ci-dessus, a été conduite dans le cas des pommes. Les échantillons ont été rassemblés par les exploitations agricoles qui ont mis en application ces normes.
