dc.description.abstract	Η παρούσα μελέτη έχει προσπάθησε να γεφυρώσει το χάσμα μεταξύ υποδειγμάτων του γεωργικού τομέα και της βιομηχανικής μετατροπής στοχεύοντας στη μεγιστοποίηση του συνολικού πλεονάσματος. Η διατριβή αυτή επιχείρησε να απαντήσει το ερώτημα αν η μετατροπή σε μονάδα παραγωγής βιοαιθανόλης είναι οικονομικά βιώσιμη και περιβαλλοντικά ενδιαφέρουσα, μελετώντας την υφιστάμενη κατάσταση τόσο στο βιομηχανικό στάδιο όσο και στο γεωργικό τομέα.	el
